Alright, well for starters I don't even know where I want to go. I have 3 applications filled out to schools I want to go to but haven't visited so my reason for going there really has no legitimate back up, I just want to go there. Maine, Colorado, and Endi.
Not only is there decision on where to go, but you should/need to visit campuses, find a major, fill out the application, pay the money, take the SAT/ACT and WRITE THE ESSAY.
The essay is killing me. I've written at least four different drafts of it and I still can't think of a subject. I want to do my school switches, maybe my independence, or my sports. Photography, that's the subject that is stuck in my mind but I cannot think of how to make my experience in photography into an essay that will help me get into college. I was told to write about being behind the camera, my artistic eye, let them see what I see. I don't always know what I see though, sometimes I just see. How do I write about just seeing? HELP!
My Stories
My life in Gloucester, as I know it. Well, as I'm writing it. These are my days, weeks, and months of my 4th and final year of high school. The stories I'm telling happened, interesting or not, but I won't be writing them as they are, I'll be writing them in multiple genres. They will probably mostly be made up characters and exaggerated to make interesting but some may just be myself blogging... Pictures included so there will be some visual. Enjoy my life, while I try to survive it :]

Keeping Up..........................or not so much
School, clubs, sports, dance, spag dinners, homework, college applications, friends...its a wonder i'm getting any sleep this year!
There once was a girl named Penny. She had a lot on her plate. Then more was added, and it just kept piling on. She became very fat. METAPHOR!
There once was a girl named Paige. She was torn. :D But really...she is...
There once was ... I cannot think of any others, however I have had a crazy busy couple of weeks. Its ridiculous. Summer should come back so I can relax!!!!
I swear I'll write more when I actually have time!

Oh My AP English!
Hello Internetlings, this is Jarred Springfield reporting from the GHS library where many kids are hard at work, or not, and one specific girl is completely out of it. This girl is Melina. She is seriously struggling on her AP English blog posting right now. So I took over her computer and wrote on this. The problem with the blog posting is that she has no idea how to respond to it. A lot of people wrote about language and how it doesn't make up who the character is and she wonders if she should respond to that, however, she doesn't know how to. AP English was supposed to be her happy fun favorite class and it SUCKS. She didn't do her summer reading correctly so there are going to be TEN big fat ZEROs averaged together into ONE big fat ZERO on her actual grade, so lame! Then there is the problem of her laptop. This is very old and doesn't like to work when she needs it to, rather only when it wants to. So naturally it likes to pull up everything except for her AP blog. It will pull up this blog...but not her AP blog, isn't that weird? When she woke up this morning her computer had frozen. So her AP blog is still incomplete, though her generous teacher gave her until today to finish it. Too bad she probably wont be able to because she doesn't know what to write. Eventually that brilliant English mind of hers will kick in and find something to say, who knows, after all it isn't even 9:00 AM yet. This was Jarred Springfield, thanks for listening.

Sing-a-long
A penny for my thoughts, oh no I’ll sell them for a dollar
They're worth so much more after I’m a goner
And maybe then you’ll hear the words I been singin’
Funny when you're dead how people start listenin’
soooooo true <3 favorite song...plus a few others...but these are my favorite lyrics
just thought I would say that. I have a lot more to write about with the goings on of my life, but as I write these words it is 11: 42 PM and I actually have to wake up tomorrow morning. Good night internet world!

Saving Grace
Seagull found at Magnolia Pier August 25, 2010. There was a hook through its beak and in its mouth. The fishing wire was attached to the hook and caught in a bush in one of the gardens. The bird was struggling to get loose of the bush and fell off the ledge it was dangling on the wall when we got the wire loose. We made sure the bird, unwilling to fly away, was okay. We called Bear's sister down to the pier she caught the bird and cut the line. She went with us to get the hook removed. It was a quick pull and the bird was fine. She was kept in recovery.
School is for the cool kids
So first week of school...well...first 2 and 1/2 days of school:
Day 1/2: woke up at 8 something and couldn't go back to sleep so I spent my morning lazily getting ready. I went to Mic's house and then went out to breakfast with her and some of her friends. Got to school and spent way too much time in homeroom. Then I went to Trig/Precalc. and then went to lunch. Now let me just start from there........
Once upon a time there was a small town girl in a new city, a new school she didn't make friends right away but she did make some. Some used her, some abused her [not badly but it rhymed and it did happen] some were good friends and some were not. Once the year was over she started to loose them several at a time, not just one by one. Starting her final year of this new school, first school she has been back to for a second year since middle school, she thought she everything would go back to normal. Well she was wrong. A lot changed and a lot stayed changed. She no longer has any girl friends...except for Duckie and Platty, and even though her guy friends didn't really change there was something different about them that she couldn't quite figure out. Well as it turns out there was an evil in her group of friends from last year that had taken over when she went back to visit her family. This evil has poisoned many of her friends' minds turning most of them against her with rumors and lies. She sat with this evil the first day of school unknowing until the Evil One got up with her partner in crime and left her. Its all changed now, this small town girl was second guessing her double year. As her day went on school got better and she enjoyed her classes. It was a good day of 10 minute classes...even if she is alone in them for now.
The second and third days of school were better, she realized the change and accepted it. She still had the Shenaniganers and a few other guys here and there she could count on. The drama steadily gets worse the more girls that become involved in it but she ignores it and everyone that confronts her about it she writes off because she knows they aren't true and if petty people want to believe they are then she is just going to go ahead and let them.
oh and P.S. she made varsity starters :] (field hockey)
